All of our monthly stays are bills-included rentals, covering electricity, water, council tax and super-fast WiFi. Your fortnightly clean and linen change are included too, so it’s a really simple short-term let alternative with no hidden costs.

Monthly rolling stays are available September until the end of May, as we move back to short stays for summer from June–August. It’s ideal if you’re looking for temporary accommodation or flexible accommodation in Bournemouth without committing to a long tenancy.
